Shipping

    If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. Order modifications are subject to availability and processing status.

  • How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

    Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking link with the estimated delivery date. Typically, delivery takes 3-7 business days.

Returns

  • What is your returns policy?

    We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note, custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.Our team is here to assist you.   • How do I repackage my item for return?

    Please ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original box with all protective materials intact. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. If the item is damaged upon return due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to process your refund.

  • How long after purchase can I return?

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After the 14-day period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
